Biblioteca de la Universidad de Sevilla

Seeking to move beyond static, disjointed exhibitions of its rare books and manuscripts, the Biblioteca de la Universidad de Sevilla implemented 'ExpoBUS' — credited as one of the first major Omeka S deployments in Spain. The library built custom templates and used automated CSV imports to design and roll out multi-room virtual exhibitions quickly, integrating the system with its main portal and using Dublin Core to feed aggregators such as WorldCat. A pioneering Spanish university-library example, and evidence of Omeka S's early traction in non-English-language institutions.
